Puppets are a fantastic way to engage children in open ended creative play. They are just excellent for building early literacy skills and bringing all of those well loved songs to life. I have always found them to be the perfect prop to accompany counting songs, so there are a few of those here. There are also some of our free printable puppets borrowed from our Songs for Storytelling Series (which was one of my favourites!) which are just lovely for nurturing little imaginations and encouraging storytelling.
